Arrive in Hanoi, transfer to the hotel. If the time permits, we will visit the Vietnam’s thousand-year-old capital city including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, One Pillar pagoda, West Lake, Lake of the Restored Sword, Ngoc Son Temple and Temple of Literature. Late afternoon we take a short Pedi cab tour through the bustling old quarter streets which is submitted to UNESCO to be recognized as World Culture Heritage. Evening enjoy a very special welcome dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.

Overland to Ha Long Bay which won "World Natural Heritage Site Award" by UNESCO World Heritage Committee in 1994 and again in 2000. Upon arrival, we board a traditional wooden junk to discover the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, Vietnam most wonderful scenic sight; take a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery. Along the way we will anchor for a leisure swim in a secluded cove or climb on a hill for a spectacular overview of the Bay.

Continue cruise around this magnificent landscape visiting Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, cave of Surprise, the biggest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long beautifully decorated by thousand of stalactites and stalagmites. Afternoon leave Ha Long to Hanoi. Stop-over at Dong Trieu ceramic village where the famous blue and white pottery is produced. Evening enjoy a performance of Hanoi’s famous water puppets (unique to Vietnam).

Morning flight to Hue, Vietnam’s last feudal capital, a recognized World Cultural Heritage Site since 1993. Visit the Imperial Citadel, the Purple Forbidden City, the elaborate royal tombs of Emperor Tu Duc and Khai Dinh, the ancient pagodas built over 300 years ago. Evening enjoy a royal dinner in royal costume with Hue traditional music and songs. Overnight in Hue.

Morning boat cruise on the romantic Perfume River to visit Hue’s oldest and best-known religious site, Thien Mu pagoda, and to the elaborate mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang. Then proceed to Phong Nha. Overnight in Phong Nha.

Morning departure to Hoi An. We walk around this ancient town of 600-year old, an exceptionally well-preserved example of a traditional Asian trading port and a recognized World Cultural Heritage Site since 1999. Visit its colourful pagodas, temples, ancient houses, narrow streets and amazing bridges with exclusive architecture of mixed Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese styles from the 16th century. Late afternoon, excursion to Cam Chau village to see villagers making their traditional lanterns.

Excursion to My Son Holyland, an exceptional example of cultural interchange, with the introduction of the Hindu architecture of the Indian sub-continent into South East Asia, was recognized the World Cultural Heritage Site in the 23rd session of UNESCO World Heritage Committee in December 1999. Contemplate the extraordinary brick towers and sanctuaries dating back to between the 7th and the 13th centuries. Back to Hoi An. Take a sunset boat trip along Thu Bon River to see the local life along both sides of the river.
