| Greetings from our Tour Director as we make our way to Stratford-upon-Avon. Here we visit the town where Shakespeare was born before reaching Viking York. On our arrival, orientation includes the gothic Minster, its ancient walls and a stroll through the 'Shambles'. Then there's time at leisure before we head to Darlington. (Continental breakfast / Dinner). |

| Today it's a short drive to Durham which is dominated by its Cathedral and castle. From here we travel to Hadrian's Wall where we see the ruins.Then on through the Northumberland National Park to the Scottish border. There's time for a picture stop at ruined Jedburgh Abbey as we make our way to Scotland's elegant capital, Edinburgh for the next two nights. (Breakfast). |

| Our morning sightseeing shows us Princes Street, the Royal Mile and views the castle and Holyrood House,where Mary Queen of Scots lived. Then enjoy time at leisure to perhaps shop for tartans and of course famous Scotch whisky. (Breakfast). |

| Our day begins with a drive over the Forth Bridge to St. Andrews to see the famous Golf Course. Then we continue our journey into the scenic Scottish Highlands past Perth and Pitlochry reaching Aviemore for dinner and overnight. (Breakfast / Dinner). |

| Today we drive along the shores of Loch Ness to Fort William, glimpsing Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. Next we continue through infamous Glencoe to Loch Lomond on our way to Glasgow for the night. (Breakfast) |

| A morning orientation tour of Glasgow features the Cathedral and George Square. Then, we drive through the Southern Uplands to Moffat. From here it's back into England, where enjoy a scenic drive to the Lake District, stopping in Grasmere - home of the poet Wordsworth, before reaching Preston. (Breakfast / Dinner). |

| Our first stop this morning is in historic Chester. Here we explore the 'Rows' and admire the Cathedral. Next off to Stoke-on-Trent to visit the Wedgwood Pottery Centre. Then on to Bath. (Breakfast). |

| This morning we admire Bath's splendid Georgian architecture before free time perhaps to visit the Roman Baths. Next we cross Salisbury Plain stopping to see the mysterious stone circle at Stonehenge. Later, our journey brings us back to London. (Breakfast). |
