Mannai Holidays has been officially appointed by "Singapore Embassy – Qatar" to submit the Visa Application electronically, with effect from November’07. The process has been simplified for the benefit of the applicant. No more sending the visa applications and passports by courier service to embassies at neighboring countries and wait for weeks together. Depending on the nationality, the visa will be granted within two to four working days.
Documentation requirements for visa application:
- Visa Application Form (Form 14) duly completed and signed by the applicant.
- 1 recent passport size photograph of the applicant affixed on the Form 14.
- Photograph dimension: 35 mm width & 45 mm height without borders and not older than 3 months
- Full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religion or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's face features.
- The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish.
- Scanned Digital color photograph of following specifications
- Image file must be a JPEG file format
- Image file must be less than 60 Kbytes
- Image dimension must be 400 x 514 pixels
- Applicant's original passport together with a Photostat Copy of passport (particulars page & Qatari Residence permit page), if applicable.
- Validity of the Passport & Residence Permit - atleast 6 months from the date of entry in Singapore.
- Employer’s / Sponsor’s letter addressed to Singapore Embassy, including salary details.
- Documentary proof of travel arrangements.
- Flight schedule (itinerary print-out)
- Hotel confirmation details and/or Hotel voucher copies
- Letter of invitation from Singapore if traveling for Business Purpose.
Visa Charges: QR 110 per applicant, includes Singapore visa fee and processing charges
Important:
- Visa fee and processing charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted, even if the visa is rejected.
- Granting Visa is at the discretion of Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint Authority.
- Time taken to grant the visa will be three to four working days.
