After Breakfast full day Puszta Tour with Lunch. At first we drive to Kecskemét - enchanting small town, where the famous music professor and researcher,
Kodály Zoltán was born - A guided walk in the city centre with time for shopping or to try a café and cake in one of the oldest coffee-houses of Hungary. Then continue to Lajosmizse situated already in Puszta and taste a “barackpálinka” typical Hungarian welcome drink, taste freshly baked scones followed by the artistic performance of the famous horsemen. Late the show you will have the opportunity to rid, “travel” with a traditional carriage-ride which will take you to “Csárda” - typical restaurant of the Puszta and enjoy the Hungarian country cuisine (3 course menu with wine) with gypsy music.
Later return to your hotel for overnight stay. |

Breakfast at the Hotel. Proceed for a full day Danube Tour including Lunch.
See the “Danube bend” - means make an excursion into Hungary’s history. At first we take your to the
picturesque village Szentendre. After a promenade through the baroque centre of the city we visit one of the famous Greek orthodox churches and the Kovacs Margit Ceramic Museum.
Later spend some time shopping or visit the famous art-galleries or enjoy a coffee with a piece of cake at one of the traditional confectioner’s.
Later we stop in Visegrad and see the ruins of the formal citadel and royal castle. Lunch on top of the Visegrad Hill at a typical restaurant with a breathtaking view of Danube Valley. Later proceed to Esztergom - an archiepiscopal residence, centre of the Catholic Church, after visits return to Budapest crossing through Óbuda - the oldest roman part of the town.
On completion return to your hotel for overnight stay. |
